what is the booking process?
The booking process begins with you filling out the contact form above. Once received, we’ll send you a questionnaire to complete that will give us a better idea of what your event vision is. From there, we will schedule a phone call to review your answers, confirm your details, and begin to work up a proposal, payment schedule & contract for you to review. Once you've received this, we can make any necessary changes or we can go ahead and get you booked!

what is the payment schedule?
To secure your date and service, we require a 50% retainer that is non-refundable. The remaining balance is then split between a halfway payment and the final payment, which is due 30 days prior to your event.
what payment types are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards.
what is your weather policy?
Florida, especially in her summer months, can be predictably unpredictable. In most cases, we are able to ride out the occasional summer storm.
